Our Roastery
Sourcing
We work directly with farmers (primarily small holders) to ensure we are supporting the farmers and communities that produce these amazing coffee beans! These relationships between farmers and roasters are vital to the production of quality coffee, and ensures that we are respecting the expertise of these farmers who have historically been oppressed and erased.
Specical Process Coffees
We love an oddball! And by that we mean we love experimental fermentation processes!
Anaerobic Fermentation ferments the fruit in oxygen-free tanks. The resulting coffee has a tropical, and occasionally funky taste.
Interested in seeing what we’re talking about? We’ve currently got a beautiful anaerobic process coffee sourced from Guatemala on the slow bar, come on by and taste it for yourself!
Cupping
Join us (bright and early!) at 7:00 the first Monday of every month for a coffee tasting. Here we will debut new coffee we’ve roasted, feature other local roasters and participants in our roastery access program, and taste a mixture of other interesting coffees that catch our eye!
